The Make plugin apparently can't follow include directives in the make file. There
does not appear to be any options pane for Make. I can't even force Make to run against
a file that isn't named Makefile. While this plugin seems like a great idea, it seems
to be far to limited in scope. I often have a top-level Makefile with no real targets.
All the targets are in of the many "\*.mak" files which are included. It seems the
tool either needs to allow me to declare what file types I want it to process, or
needs to be able to follow include directives. (Better yet, do both\!)
OK, looking deeper, it doesn't even seem to work with a Makefile with no includes
and real targets. All I get is a right-click menu with what looks like an empty list
at the top and "Reload Targets" at the bottom. The two items in the Plugins -> Make
menu also seem worthless unless I want to build the entire project from the top.
